composed of experienced professionals, each of whom has held successful executive positions in the transport industry, as follows:
David Crawley – Managing Director.
An exceptionally talented board-level leader and Chartered Engineer. David was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Metronet, Managing Director of the Metronet operating companies and a Board Member of London Underground Limited.
Matthew Regan – Director and Company Secretary.
A senior Rail Consultant with over 15 years of experience. Matthew has worked across the industry with roles including project and commercial management. He is also a qualified barrister.
Steve Damarell – Finance Manager
A highly experienced and organised finance expert. Steve has previously worked for London Underground, Metro Consulting, Mouchel Rail and Barclays Bank.
Mike Shears – Associate Director
A Chartered Engineer who previously worked for London Underground as a Business Client and Project Manager. Mike has worked as a consultant in a number of high profile organisation and project roles, in the UK and abroad and specialises in rolling stock and trains system projects.
Mike Fitzgerald – Associate Director
A Chartered Accountant and executive level commercial expert. Mike has formerly undertaken Finance and Commercial Director roles for a number of Companies including London Underground, Mouchel and Metro Consulting, where he also managed business development and client relationship activities.
